1. Details of the Discontinuation
The 'Real-time Voice Meeting' mode under the 'Online Meeting' menu will be discontinued.
After the discontinuation, clicking 'Online Meeting > Create meeting' will take you directly into 'Video Conference Real-time Translation' mode, without a mode selection screen.
The 'Video Conference Real-time Translation' mode can be used the same as before.
2. Data Notice
No data will be deleted as a result of this discontinuation.
Your existing 'Real-time Voice Meeting' usage history will remain available to view after the discontinuation, and no separate backup or action is required on your part.
3. Handling of Meetings in Progress
Any 'Real-time Voice Meeting' still in progress at the discontinuation time of 6:00 AM (KST, UTC+9) on Monday, September 28, 2026 will be automatically ended. To ensure your meetings run smoothly, we recommend not scheduling 'Real-time Voice Meeting' sessions around this time.
The records of meetings ended at the discontinuation time will also be saved normally and can be viewed the same way after the discontinuation.
