Do multiple people need to subscribe to a paid plan individually to use Vogl together?

To create a Chat Room and use the service directly through Vogl, each participant must subscribe to a paid plan.

However, guests (the other party) who join the Chat Room through a shared link can participate for free without payment or subscription.
