Plans are categorized into Free and Paid tiers. Paid plans are further divided into Lite, Standard, and Premium. For detailed information regarding pricing and benefits for each plan, please refer to the 'Pricing page' on our brand website.
Free Plan (Free)
- Daily allowance includes 5 minutes of quick chat and 15 minutes of online meetings. (Daily basis)
- Free allowance is replenished at midnight (00:00).
- Real-time usage can be checked at the bottom left of the screen, and detailed dashboards are available under ‘Plan Management’.
Paid Plans (Lite, Standard, Premium)
- Paid plan users retain the same benefits as the ‘Free Plan’. (Daily basis)
- Paid plan usage is provided for one month from the payment date, depending on the plan. (Monthly basis)
- When measuring daily usage, the free allowance (5 minutes of quick chat, 15 minutes of online meetings) is consumed first, followed by the paid allowance.

Changing Your Plan
You can change your plan at any time. However, the method for changing your plan may vary depending on the platform where the initial payment was made. For more details, please refer to the 'Subscription / Change / Cancellation' page.
